We’re turning our wedding into a full weekend of celebration, and we can’t wait to share it with our favourite people. Get ready for plenty of sunshine, pool days, lawn games, and incredible meals. We’re so excited to celebrate our marriage and spend quality time with all of you!
Our story
Vancouver, 2019
Seven years ago, we had no idea what was ahead. Turns out: a lot of good stuff!
We've lived through a pandemic, changed careers, moved apartments more times than we care to admit, and eventually packed everything up and landed in the Pyrenees. Along the way, there were road trips, stamps in passports, and a dog who somehow became the center of our universe.
We navigated language barriers, blended families, buying and selling a home, and figuring out what we actually wanted from life. Every single one of those things brought us here.
August 29th is the start of our next chapter, and it's going to be a great one!

Getting there
We’ve rented a beautiful property for the weekend. Feel free to arrive anytime on Thursday afternoon or Friday, and leave Monday or Tuesday.
Thursday, August 27th - Tuesday, September 1st.
If you are arriving by car, there is plenty of room for you to park right on the property.
If you are travelling by train or plane, get yourself to Girona, and we’ll come pick you up!

Join us for an evening to celebrate, relax, and get ready for the wedding!
Dress code: summer cute & casual
Men: open blazer, a casual shirt, trousers
Women: summer evening dress
Saturday, August 29
Before the ceremony
Everyone is welcome to relax, get ready, and spend time together at the property before the event.
Welcome drinks will be available starting at 5PM.
Ceremony | 5:30PM
The ceremony will start around 5:30PM, on the property grounds.
There will be a cocktail hour immediately after, with drinks and appetizers.
Reception & Dinner | 8:00PM
Dinner will be served on the property grounds, near the pool area. There will be a starter, a choice of beef or cod, followed by dessert.
The party will begin after dinner, with an open bar!
Dress code: formal wear
Men: formal, dark-coloured suit, shirt & tie
Women: floor-length formal dress. Feel free to be colourful!
Sunday, August 30
Lunch | 1:00PM
Come and enjoy a paella lunch on the property.
Dress code: Summer Outfits!
Men: linen shirt, shorts, swimwear
Women: light summer dresses, swimwear
What to bring:
Light summer clothing & shoes
Flip-flops or slides to walk around the property
Sunscreen & summer wear (hats, etc!)
Bathing suit (there is a pool!)
Athletic wear & shoes (the house is surrounded by nature & trails!)
All cosmetics & medications
Linens, towels, and housewares will be provided.

The house sits on a big property, with ample areas to play games, sports & relax.
There is a pool, a small football field, along with trails nearby.
There are many towns to explore:
The medieval town of Besalú
The lakeside town of Banyoles
The city of Girona (30min)
The cove of Platja Fonda (1 hour)
